Prison-set Narrative following brit-rock band Savannah and their 'cold hearted' warden.
The music video for ‘Cold Heart’ by Savannah was our most ambitious yet. Set in a Prison, the narrative takes on a journey through Savannah’s life behind jails. They don’t thrive. They long for the outside world and the Warden is a cold-hearted ***** who loves nothing more than to taunt and infuriate them.
The band and I took a collective approach when planning the shoot, bouncing ideas around and developing the narrative together. They took front stage on location @ The HMP Shrewsbury, a brilliantly odd and unnerving place, and limbered up for their first real acting experience as a band. The shoot saw over 40 extras arrive from casting calls and eager fans of the band, a great turn out which made the larger scenes of the video flourish with life. A massive thank you to everyone that turned up to the shoot! The video aired at Savannah’s single release party to a roar from the fans as the projector stopped whirring. It’s now available on YouTube. Watch it below!
